My 4-month-old kitten is missing. Can she die from chlamydia?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 7 days old | 3 lbs

Can a about 4 month old mostly feline kitten die from chlamydia, she already got her first shoot. Because she is not used to the inside she went out and hasnt come back since.

Chlamydia is not always included in the routine vaccination so she might not be vaccinated for it, if she had only one shot then she is not fully vaccinated anyway. If she went out and did not come back its not likely because she died from an infection, it's either because someone took her or because she had an accident (road accidents are very common).
