Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered
My cat had a squinty watery eye this morning. I wiped it with a tissue & warm water. A couple of little hairs came away on tissue & immediately his eye seemed ok. It stopped watering & was wide open again. During the afternoon he slept for 4 hours & when he woke up there was a tiny dot of whitish pus in corner of same eye. But he wasn't squinting & he didn't seemed bothered by it. Should I worry or just wait and see? Going to the vet causes him a lot of stress so I only want go if I have to.

I not squinting anymore and the ''skin'' around the eye seems normal (not swollen or inflamed/red), a check up is not required immediately and you could potentially wait and monitor Socks for the next 24hours. From your description you removed the original cause of the discomfort (that is the reason for the squinting).
