My new puppy is throwing up after his first shots. What's wrong?

I just got a puppy I think he was born end of November beginning December the person I bought him from said he had his first set of shots today he threw up 3 times and I don't know why

It's very unlikely that he got her first set of shots as she is too young for that, even if she did it would not be effective at this age. you need to take him to the vet in order to get the vomiting checked and treated, it could be a viral infection (most likely) and he might need antibiotics and fluid therapy.
