My dog fractured her back in an accident. Why isn't she pooping?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 9 months old | 22 lbs

my female dog age is 9 months , she got a accident by car before five days . in accident she is having fracture in her back bone lower area, after treatment she has started responding but she is not passing stool from last five days accident.

That is unfortunately a very bad sign, if she is suffering from neurological damage that is affecting the ability to pass stools then her prognosis will be very bad. you need to ask your vet regarding her pelvic, if it is fractured then this could be the cause of her not being able to pass stools and this will need to be repaired surgically ASAP.
