My dog has pancreatitis. Why is he still vomiting with bloody stool?

Hello: My dog has diagnosed pancreatitis. For the past three days my begal has had diarrhea and vomited white foam not yellow bial, and he has bloody stool what do you think the cause of these symptom may be?

Hi there! I'm a bit confused by your question. You mentioned that your dog has already been diagnosed with pancreatitis, which would certainly explain these symptoms. Other possible causes of vomiting and bloody diarrhea would include HGE (hemorrhagic gastroenteritis), parvo (in an unvaccinated puppy or young dog), a systemic illness like liver or kidney disease, or ingestion of something toxic. If your dog hasn't been seen by a veterinarian yet, then I would definitely recommend taking him in right away, as these symptoms sound quite serious.
