Why is my cat weak, vomiting, not drinking, and not peeing or pooping?

Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered | 4 years old | 38 lbs

My cat been sitting next to water fountain don't move or see him drink water... almost half asleep and he can hardly walk back legs weak when he stands or walks. Been to literbox but havnt seen no pee or poop. Only the day before not mich an had some white patches.An been vomiting

He's definitely in pain and the fact that he's not using the litter box may indicate that he has a urinary obstruction. A urinary obstruction can cause severe pain and life-threatening abnormalities in the blood that can lead to vomiting. It's also possible that he has one of many other conditions that cause pain and vomiting, so it's best to take him to a vet as soon as possible. The vet can narrow-down the cause of this with an exam and may need to do some tests to find the specific cause. I hope that helps and Dreamer gets better soon.
