My dog ate a garbage wrapper and is throwing up. Should I see a vet?

Hi my pitbull got into my garbage and might have eaten some foil or paper that was a wrapper for chocolate, there was no chocolate inside just the wrapper, but she has Theon up 5 times in the last 24 hours, do I need to seal immediate attention? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 4 years and 8 months old | 45 lbs

If Kai is throwing up and not eating or drinking, then she needs to be seen as soon as possible. Because she got into the garbage, she could have an intestinal blockage from the wrapper, or have pancreatitis. Both of these are serious conditions that can be life threatening. If she is still eating and drinking and otherwise acting normally, then you can wait until your normal clinic is open. But if she's acting sick or you are worried about her, then I would err on the side of caution and have her seen tonight. Good luck and I hope she is feeling better soon!
