Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 18 lbs
I'm very concerned for my buddy. On Saturday I took him to the emergency because he was not himself he didn't have his dinner didn't drink was very lethargic. At the ER he had temperature taken bloodwork done thorough examination and IV fluids administered and sent home. I was told to feed him little bits his regular diet his blood work was perfectly fine At the ER he drank peed and was a little active Sunday he ate little bits drank and peed but is still very lethargic we are very worried. HELP

Further assessment is needed in my opinion as lethargy is always a concerning sign, even though (unfortunately) quite generic. To be able to comment what happened at the ER and try to give you a list of differentials I would need more clinical informations I am afraid. Lethargy could come from a variety of causes like gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort.
