Why is my German Shepherd puppy's eye bump growing with hair loss?

hello I have a 5 month old German shepherd a lil over a month ago she developed a little ball apogee her eye about where eyebrow is and it has only gotten bigger and worse. she has lost hair around it and it has developed small bumps over the now large bump and its creeping down and around her eye. vet said pimple about 3 or so weeks ago but doesn't seem right it doesn't seem to itch but will from time to time. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 24 days old | 51 lbs

Thank you for posting the picture of Ryker, it was very helpful. This picture is very suspicious of a type of mite called demodex. A skin scrape will be needed to try to find the mites. However, there is also a chance that this could be ring worm. I would encourage you to have a follow up appointment with your veterinarian soon to discuss the best options for treatment.
