My hamster's eye is watering, bleeding, and blistered. Is it serious?

My hamster has been having some troubles with one his eyes lately he hasn't been able to open it and it's been watering and slightly bleeding now that he has been opening it again it looks like it has a water blister on it what's the reason for that ?

It is possible that Jacob has actually ruptured his eye. This can be very serious. I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible.
