Poor Cassie! Diarrhea for more than 48 hours always warrants a vet visit, especially if it is now becoming bloody - I would really recommend taking her to an emergency vet today for an exam, as this may be a life-threatening problem. This could be caused by a number of different things, including intestinal parasites, HGE (hemorrhagic gastroenteritis), pancreatitis, a systemic illness like liver or kidney disease, or ingestion of something toxic. The vet can do some diagnostic testing if needed to help determine what is causing the diarrhea and get her started on appropriate treatment.
