Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Male | 9 lbs
My cat is having watery diharhea all over my house! I think it's uncontrollable. He was abused in his previous home i took him to the vets and they said he's fine it's his diet but his food hasn't been changed it's fine on for 3 months he's in pain I can tell and it's scaring me. He squints his eyes whilst raising his hind legs but squirms. Please help what's wrong with my cat

Poor Smokey! I'm not sure what kinds of tests were done when he was at the vet last time, but I would really recommend taking him back in or getting a second opinion as soon as you are able to, since I agree that something is definitely wrong. Some possible causes of chronic watery diarrhea like this would include intestinal parasites, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), chronic pancreatitis, a food allergy or intolerance, or a systemic illness such as hyperthyroidism. Testing that would be helpful to sort out the problem would include basic blood work, a fecal exam (ideally sent out to a reference lab to check for "less common" parasites that can't be detected on an in-clinic exam), and a GI blood panel to check for signs of IBD or pancreatitis. A food trial with a prescription GI diet or hypoallergenic diet may also be helpful.
