Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 2 years and 7 months old | 40 lbs
I Found some kind pit lab mix about a year ago and he's been perfectly fine and healthy he keeps scratching and his skin really badly don't see any signs of fleas but now his eyes are getting really dark around the outsides of them his skin and really looks) badwhere the hair is not on there no more makes him look really old because the skin is wrinkled and it's darker what is wrong with him is he okay

Poor Champ! It sounds like he has a skin condition of some kind. There are a number of things that can cause excessive itching and hair loss like this, even if he doesn't have fleas. The most common possibilities would include allergies (food allergies, or an allergy to something in the environment), a bacterial or fungal skin infection, or skin mites (mange). Treatment will depend on what the underlying problem is, so I would recommend having him examined by a vet as soon as you are able to. He/she can do some simple skin tests to help diagnose the problem and get him started on appropriate medication to treat it.
