My dog ate chocolate, vomited. Why is she still thirsty and nervous?

My dog ate chocolate. I took to a vet where they induced vomiting. She stayed at vet a couple of hours. She is still very thirsty, very nervous and going potty a lot. Is this normal. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 2 months old | 21 lbs

She is probably dehydrated from the vomiting. The active ingredient in chocolate is a stimulant so they can seem anxious after ingestion. Just make sure she continues to drink and monitor her for vomiting or diarrhea.
