My Jack Russell has swollen bumps and is throwing up yellow fluid.

I have a white Jack Russel that has bumps all over her body. Its not itchi and she seems fine. She was throwing up in the morning. A yellow fluid. I gave her some heptonic. They are not red, I can see that they are swollen because the hair over them are standing up. Hope you can help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 3 years and 11 months old

This is probably an allergic reaction due to an insect bite or a plant outside. those reactions tend to resolve within 48 hours without treatment. if the swelling becomes too large or if your dog is lethargic, take Mienkie to the vet in order to get an antihistamine injection.
