Cat breathing heavily, not eating, and stomach moving. Is it serious?

My cat is breathing heaving for the past week and today she isn't eating much. I am not sure if it's because of anxiety as we have had a big party and lots of people coming over this past week please help ! Also her stomach is moving up and down, in and out constantly. Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Female | spayed | 5 years and 5 months old
