My cats have sneezing, nosebleeds, and eye problems. Is it contagious?

Please help me mother of six cats I've had them for over 2 years but recently I found a kitten.it had a thick layer of pus over both of his eyes when I cleaned it one of the eyes were dead the cat seems to be ok besides the fact it continues to sneeze and have weird nose bleeds I keep the kitten in my room with the door locked but somehow the other six cats have a weird line in the middle on there noises an they have noise bleeding also all a them hav it help me please help I'm crying help us. I'm sorry to hear that your cats are having these problems! It sounds like the newest kitten probably has quite a severe upper respiratory infection causing the sneezing and bloody nasal discharge, along with a nasty eye infection causing the pus in the eyes. These infections are very contagious, so it's very possible for them to be transmitted to other cats in the same house even if you are trying to take precautions to prevent this. Since the infection sounds quite severe, I would recommend taking the kitten (and your other cats, if possible) to the vet for an exam as soon as possible - the entire group may need to be put on antibiotics to treat the infection, and the sick kitten may need additional supportive care as well.
