Poor Thor! It sounds like he injured his foot jumping off the sofa, and he's now in pain because he's limping. I would rest him for the next 48-72 hours. No running, jumping, or playing. Take Thor out to toilet on a lead only, and bring him right back in when he's done. Should he still be limping after this time period, I would take him into the vet for an exam. Please do not give him any human pain medications, many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. The vet can prescribe him some safe ones to take.

Poor Buddy! I recommend resting him for the next 48 hours. No running, jumping, or playing. Take him out to toilet on a leash, and bring him right back in when he's done. If he still appears painful after this time, then I would take him into the vet for an exam. The vet can diagnose where the pain is coming from, and can dictate a treatment plan for it. He may also benefit from some pain medications, which the vet can prescribe. Please do not give him any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. Best of luck.

There was definitely an injury here, but it's unsure how severe. Signs of a severe injury would include non-weight bearing limping, swelling and/or obvious disfigurement. If you notice any of this, then it's best to have her seen by a vet within the next 24 hours. If Mooska just has a slight limp, but is otherwise doing OK, then it is likely a minor injury and should heal well on its own. If the limp goes for more than a day, then it would be best to take Mooska to the vet, so they can at-least prescribe pain medication. For now, it's best to not let Mooska be too active. Definitely don't let her jump for the next week or so. You can help the injury by icing the affected leg for 15 minutes 2-3 times a day as needed. I hope that helps and all is well with Mooska.
