My dog has diarrhea, paste didn't work. What should I do next?

hi, my 4 year old border collie has had diarrhoea since friday evening, given her diar stop paste but no better can i give her a second tube ? Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | spayed | 4 years and 5 months old | 42 lbs

If the paste didn't help there is no indication to give another one, withhold food for 12 hours then offer Lily boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. If the diarrhea does not stop, take her to the vet to get treatment.
