My cat's anus is swollen and popping out. Is this an emergency?

Hello My kitty has just gotten rid off of her diarrhea, but her butthole seems to be popping out (I guess maybe swollen) what should I do to bring it back to normal. And yes she is dewormed

It sounds like she is suffering from a rectal prolapse. That is a medical emergency, and requires immediately medical attention. It needs to be returned to it's correct anatomical position, or the tissues could potentially become necrotic. Please take her into a vet now.

    If the diarrhea has stopped it will resolve within a couple days without treatment, if the anus is sticking out and prolapsed, you will need to take her to the vet urgently, it will need to be repaired surgically.
