Poor Wally! Vomiting can be caused by a large number of conditions such as intestinal parasites, pancreatitis, foreign bodies, and dietary indiscretion. Most of these conditions are fairly dangerous, and are possible causes for vomiting/lethargy lasting close to 24 hours. Your vet can perform bloodwork and x-rays, as well as an ultrasound to rule out the conditions above. In the meantime, I recommend keeping a close eye on Wally, and offering him small amounts of water and food (about 1/2 of his normal portion). I hope all is well and am happy to answer any other questions you may have!
