My puppy has a lump on its eye. Will it go away or need surgery?

My puppy arayda age of 12 weeks has developed this small lump on the bottom of her eye it’s the first I’ve seen it and none of my other puppy’s seem to have it just wondering if it’s something that will go away on its own or will it need sergical removement

This is likely a blocked gland and nothing serious that would require surgery. It may also be infected, which could make the bump get bigger and ulcerated. Otherwise, this will likely go away on its own. For now, you can apply a warm compress to the eye for 15 minutes twice a day to help get this to heal. If the bump gets much bigger, or has any other dramatic changes, then it would be best to take her to your vet for an evaluation and treatment. I hope that helps and all is well with your pup.
