Are dog flu vaccines available at Petco or other vet clinics?

Where can I get the dog flu vaccines?? Some vets don’t offer them I was wondering if Petco offers them or any other vets?? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 20 days old | 4 lbs
