Puppy throwing up & diarrhea for weeks. Should I change food?

She keeps throwing up every so often an has diarrhea she acts completely fine this has been going on for about three weeks she is sleeping a lot more than usual she's a puppy and they need rest but I'm concerned I have brought her in multiple times and places they said said she is fine every time but I'm still very concerned should I change her food or What? Pet's info: Dog | Blue Heeler | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 24 days old | 20 lbs

Make sure she has bee dewormed to be safe. I would change to science diet I/D formula to help regulate her GI track. You may also use boiled chicken and rice. Make sure she is not eating sticks and such as this will make things worse. If the vomiting persist then it is time to start doing testing such as an X-ray or ultrasound to check for anything more severe.
