My 9 month old dog throw up about 4 days a go wasn’t a lot and was completely his self after few days later he’s sick again not much again but this time it had tiny red dots looked like little blood but wasn’t a lot hours after he seemed off and wouldn’t eat much but later that day he was his self eating, drinking playing just doing everything he normally does and he’s his self now and hasn’t been sick again should he be taken to the vets or would it be fine for him not to be seen by them?

Blood in the vomit is definitely cause for concern, as it can indicate stomach ulcers, stomach parasites, or even a foreign body. As puppies are prone to getting into things they shouldn't, Simba may have ingested a toxin such as human pain medication or a piece of a toy. It is concerning that Simba did not feel well after vomiting. I recommend having him seen by a vet as vomiting blood can be a sign of a serious underlying condition. Your vet can perform bloodwork and x-rays to rule out the conditions above.
