My dog has diarrhea after giving birth. What's safe for her pups?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 10 lbs

I have a small dog with pups she has pups and she has the diarrhea what can I give her tht wont hurt the pups

Poor Sarah! You can try giving her a daily probiotic such as Forti-Flora to see if this helps with the diarrhea. If she hasn't been dewormed recently, you can also try deworming her with a broad spectrum dewormer like Strongid or Panacur, since intestinal parasite issues often flare up in mother dogs shortly after giving birth. If there is no improvement in the diarrhea in the next 2-3 days, or if she develops any other symptoms such as vomiting, acting lethargic, or not wanting to eat, then I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam as these can be signs of a more serious problem.
