My cat has an ulcer on her nose and lip. Is it serious if she's okay?

Outdoor semi socialized, neutered female. Ulcer on right nostril and upper lip. Still eating well, does not appear to be in pain, or depressed. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 10 lbs

However, this is possibly a superficial infection or wound. I recommend that you have Flo evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
