My rescue dog has saggy teats from breeding. What's the best action?

Hi wonder if you can give me some advice i have recently rescued a beagle that has been bred alot in the past from her history she now has really bad teats thet hang to the floor what is the best action for me to take for her ie neutering ? Surgery ? Exercise ?

Congratulations on your new pet - it’s wonderful that you rescued Bonnie! I definitely recommend getting her spayed to prevent pyometra, a potentially life threatening infection of the uterus. Unfortunately, this will not alter the loose tissue causing her teats to hang low. Your vet may be able to get rid of some of the extra tissue during the surgery. If Bonnie is overweight, exercise and proper diet will help if there is fat present, but the skin may always be the same.
