My dog has a new, fast-growing lump on his neck. Is it serious?

My 11 year old pug Mr.snort has grown a big lump on his neck almost overnight, he has had a fatty tumor removed in the past before we adopted him and im very worried

Any new growths you find on your dog should be checked by your vet. There is no way for us to tell you over the internet what this lump is. It could be just another lipoma (fatty tumor) or a benign cyst but it could also be something more serious like a mast cell tumor. http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?c=2+2111&aid=424 I suggest you get Mr. Snort to your vet for an exam. It is not an emergency but I would try to get him there in the next few days. I would be worried that the lump came up so quickly and that it is so large. Hope this helps.
