Poor Mo! It is difficult to tell from looking at the picture exactly what is going on with her eye but I worry that there may be an injury there. If she is not squinting and the discharge is just clear/grey in color then I would just use a flush or artificial tears twice a day to keep them clean. I would also keep the hair trimmed short around her eye to prevent it from matting up. If the spot is getting bigger, she is squinting or rubbing the eye, or if the discharge is yellow/green, then unfortunately she is likely going to need to see a vet. There are not over the counter antibiotics eye drops. I would look in your area for vet clinics who offer free first exams to see if they can help. I hope this helps!
