Why is my early pregnant dog tired and not eating or drinking?

Hello my dog is very very early in the pregnancy she is very tired and not eating or drinking for the last few hours what could be wrong. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 11 months old

Lovely Betty! If she is not interested in food and water just for few hours I wouldn’t be worried. Continue to monitor her and if she looks lethargic, the inappetence continue or she start showing any other symptom (vomiting, diarrhoea, vaginal discharge,...)
