That's my cat's upper neck can you please tell me what this problem is and what should i do? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | 1 year and 8 months old

From the picture it isn't very clear but it looks like a skin wound. Pheobo need to be seen by a veterinarian as might need some medication (antibiotic treatment) and if the wound is very deep might need to be stitched up.
