Why is my 13-year-old male cat peeing on the carpet after moving?

My male cat who's 13 keeps weeing on the carpet. Same place every time. We loved house 18 months ago. Before he was an outdoor cat. We have given him a litter box, fellaway etc

Cats can have inappropriate urination for a number of reasons. Urinary infections, bladder inflammation, urinary stones, urinary tumors, as well as behavioral problems. I would highly encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian to make sure there is not a medical problem. Adding more litter boxes, toys, blocking view of outdoor cats etc can all be helpful. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
