My dog has diarrhea, won't eat, and is shaking. What's wrong?

After a long walk yesterday my dog won't eat and only drink minimal water and she has diarrhea and is shaking slightly. What could be wrong? Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Female | spayed | 25 lbs

It is possible that she over did it and is painful somewhere. It is also possible that something else unrelated is going on, such as heart disease, or they underlying internal issue. I would highly encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. They may recommend lab work for further diagnosis. Best of luck and I hope she improves soon.
