Why is my cat lethargic, not eating, has eye discharge & oily fur?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old

My cat is lethargic and she hasn't ate much of her food or any or hasn't drink any water probably the couple sips here and there and her fur looks really oily and she has a lot of discharge in your eye ducts and she has really slowed reaction time and when she grows it's very low and it's not as loud as it usually is

Loss of appetite and lethargy can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Siri evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and others depending on the findings on exam. They can also check her eyes to see if she has something like conjunctivitis which could explain her eye discharge. Treatment would be based on findings. Good luck and have a great day!
