Why is my cat peeing everywhere, vomiting, and turning yellow?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 5 lbs

My cat is 1 year and 8 months old. From last week he is peeing everywhere and his urine is yellow. He is drinking a lot of water but his appetite is low. Sometimes vomiting. His ears and eyes are yellow and lost quite some mass in this week. I am giving him ursodeoxycholic acid tab (15mg twice a day) and vitamin supplements. He sometimes drank soap water earlier. He was on mainly raw fish and egg diet ( about 200gm fish and 2 eggs/ day with some milk.) I need some advice to improve the condi

The yellow discoloration indicates jaundice and he needs a full assessment by a vet and blood tests in order to determine the underlying cause - these may include liver damage, toxin exposure, anemia due to breakdown of red blood cells. He also requires a full nutritional assessment and may require assisted/tube feeding in order to maintain calorie intake and prevent further liver damage. Neither eggs nor fish should be regularly fed raw as both can lead to nutritional deficiencies due to breakdown and poor absorption of vitamins
