My baby parrot lost wing feathers. How long to regrow? Is he healthy?

Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male | 1 month and 14 days old | 360 lbs

My baby Alexanderien parrot is 50+ days old he losed his 5 to 6 wing feathers how many days will it take to regrowth and is it gonna have any impact on his health?

Hi and thank you for your question, In general, those feathers should grow back in a few weeks, and this should have no negative effect on his health. However, looking at the picture of the feathers I have some concerns about their structure. If available to you, I would have the birds tested for Psittacine Beak and Feather Virus, just to make sure that it is not infected. Regards
