Why is my geriatric dog suddenly peeing inside the house at night?

Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 12 years and 6 months old

Casper has started about 6 months ago, urinating at night in the house. He is a geriatric bulldog in great health. His last visit they didn’t belieave his age. How can we stop this behavior?

Inappropriate urination can occur from many possible causes such as urinary tract infections, urinary tract stones, urinary tumors or urinary incontinence. I recommend that you have Casper evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for these possibilities and treat accordingly. They are likely going to check his urine and perform abdominal imaging for further investigation. Good luck and have a great day!
