Why is my fat cat sneezing, breathing heavy, and has a stuffy nose?

My cat is fat and he keeps sneezing and heavy breaths and has a stuffy nose. I think he has stage four autism

Autism is not currently recognized in cats. I think it sounds like Fatass might have an upper respiratory infection. These viral infections can cause sneezing and nasal discharge. Treatment is usually based on alleviating symptoms unless here is evidence of a secondary bacterial infection. Watch for green or yellow discharge from the eyes or nose.
