New stray cat hostile, not eating, and has stomach pain. Why?

I took in a stray a little over a month ago and at first she would only drink milk but then we got her to drink water, now sge has become slightly hostile and dosent really eat as much as she used to she also acts like she is having pain in her stomach; what might be the peoblem? If it is cow milk, that can cause gastrointestinal upset. Offer an appropriate kitten milk replacer such as KMR. Intestinal parasites may also cause GI issues. If you intend on keeping her, consider having her examined by your veterinarian. Discuss deworming and vaccinations with the doctor.
