Why is my spayed cat throwing up wet food and has a bump?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 months and 22 days old

Ever since my cat has got operated/spayed she cant eat wet food without throwing up and she has a bump In that area but seems to always be herself loves to play and very sweet cat she loves to eat , what could possibly be wrong with her.

Without a picture it is hard to comment on the bump. But commonly they can develop a reaction to the suture with causes more inflammation and can cause a bump. Or if they are too active after surgery they can develop a small Seroma which is fluid and swelling. each if these goes away in time with no treatment As far as the vomiting I would just give her dry food for the next week to give her some time to rest her GI track. You can introduce canned food back after that and if the vomiting continues then consult your vet about a food allergy or medication to help
