What's this blister-like sore on my dog's eyelid? Is vet care needed?

There is a little sore that looks almost like a blister on my dogs eyelid... What is this and does it need treatment? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 7 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is unclear what this is without being able to evaluate him. This could be a benign or malignant growth. Oftentimes a biopsy is needed for a definitive diagnosis. Most of these are benign growths that do need to be removed for palliative care as it affects the patient's quality of life and causes discomfort. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. I am really hoping for something benign. Good luck and have a good day!
