My cat has hair loss, scratching, and crusty spots. Is it mange?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 4 lbs

can someone advise--is this mange? (Pics available). Significant hair thinning & loss. Scratching, crusty spots, lpinpoint lesions, mostly along back. Animal otherwise fairly content. Sleeps a lot.

I would not be worried about this being mange. In that location I would worry about an allergy ether to something in the environment or fleas. I would have your vet check her to see what medication can be given to stop her from scratching and allow the hair to regrow
