Why does my cat have black eye boogers and painful, irritated eyes?

hello vet! my cat eye has some black eye booger and her eyelid look like pain - it's been long time do u have any offer for me? i use a lot of eye drop but it's still like that. thank you very much!

Poor Bella. In one picture, her eyes look open and normal but the other picture they definitely look very irritated, watery, and not all the way open. If she is currently looking like the abnormal picture, then I am highly concerned about her eyes. She could be suffering from severe allergies, conjunctivitis (infection), herpes, or even corneal ulcers. You can try to flush out with artificial tears and give her a Benadryl but if she isn't improving I would have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able to determine what the cause is and get her started on the proper meds to help her feel better. I hope this helps.
