My cat has a large scab that's been there for a month. What is it?

My cat has this large scab that’s quite big and it’s been there for at least over a month. I’m not sure if she scratches it and that’s why it is still there but it just doesn’t seem to be going. Can anyone recognise what it is?

Hi there and thank you for posting the picture of Jaz. That lesion look like it may be an oil gland cyst. However, I can not make a diagnosis based solely on a picture, so I would encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian soon. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
