My white long haired cat she has been scratching around her head and neck till she has bloody scabs and pulling at her hair on her legs. I have changed her food to grain free she is on a flea pill, bought three different medicated shampoos etc at pet store. Changed kitty litter she still Won't stop

I am sorry that Roo has been so uncomfortable. I suspected there is an underlying problem such as mites, environmental allergies, or a food allergy. However, I also suspect she has a skin infection at this time as well. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. Antibiotics as well as something to control the itch may be recommended while looking for the underlying problem. Most cats are allergic to the protein source in the food and not the grain so often novel protein Or hydrolyzed protein diets are recommended.
