My cats right nostril was punctured. What do I do?

Poor Cali! You can gently clean the area with warm water and antiseptic soap, and then I would take her into the vet. It may needs stitches to help it heal correctly, which the vet can do, and she may benefit from antibiotics to prevent infection. Please take her into a vet today. I hope this helps!
