Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female
We feed lilly a urinary track specialty food because our other male cat needs it and its easier to feed them this way. Lilly also occasionally throws up. Id say once every other day. Then not for a couple days. Theres no change in behavior. Very playful and cuddly. The vomit sometimes has undigested pieces of food so weve been thinking ahe just eats very fast and then plays too hard and upsets her stomach.

It's unlikely to be because she eats fast if this is that frequent, there is definitely more to it. it could be food intolerance, pancreatitis. lymphoma and several other internal conditions. you will need to take her to the vet in order to have some tests done that will help reach a diagnosis.
