HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Milo! Unfortunately only receiving one parvo vaccine at 4 weeks is not enough protection from parvo. Puppies need to be vaccinated every 3-4 weeks for distemper and parvo until they have 2 past 12 weeks of age to ensure proper immunity. If Milo has parvo and is hospitalized most parvo puppies have an 80% survival rate. They tend to get worse before thy get better and it can take 3-7 days of hospitalization before they get better. So if you have the resources I think he could be saved. Your Vet can help guide you if things start to look grave. I hope this helps and I wish Milo the very best!
