It's not toxic, but if he ingested some, then it can cause him to vomit or have diarrhea. It will also irritate Ringo's skin, so it's best to rinse him thoroughly with cool water for 15 minutes. Repeat the rinse tomorrow. For now, only use water and not shampoo during the rinsing. I hope that helps and all is well with Ringo.
